Well today will continue talking about how social media will change the way people search for things and for information. With Twitter and other micro blogs that are out or coming out, we are all going to have a world wide social following to business with. Since you are communicating with so many people it make sense to do business with them. Finding the answers for the information you need will be provided to you quicker and more targeted if you search your friend list. If my friends are unable to provide what I need, their followers or friends may. If not you always can do an regular search engine request. So how are you doing with your Worldwide Social Following? So being friends and building networks now will payoff greatly in the future.

Many that start their MLM’s are under the false assumption that “everyone” will want to join them and/or buy their products.
It’s an reasonable, yet naive, idea, after all if it is good enough for you…. then it should be good enough for everyone.
Doesn’t work that way. Many of us come into the business without really having any idea about how to actually market the program.
Two specific ideas for your online mlm lead machine.
Don’t ever purchase MLM leads. Many who spend money on MLM leads end up regretting it later. MLMleads.com is a site that makes a lot of money selling mlm leads so they should be avoided.
As with any business there are financial costs. It is unreasonable to think that you can build a significant business without investing in education, tools, and resources.. You should understand that there will be some costs, but purchasing MLM leads should not be one of those expenses.
There is a better way. Create those leads yourself.

There are a couple of ideas that if you use them correctly, you can have some great success generating your own MLM leads.
The are two main strategies that seem to work for most people are Attraction Marketing, and Content Marketing.

When done correctly these two concepts would be what you would need to use to create as many MLM leads as youneed.
Attraction Marketing.
Attraction Marketing is basically using the concept that we want to work with people that we know, respect, and are winners. We like to surround ourself with people at the top of their game. Our humanity is full of “winners” and we seem to flock around them. We like people that have accomplished what we would like to accomplish.
Attraction Marketing is about turning that around, so you become the famous and respected one.
To do that… we must provide valueable content..
This is the second strategy… Content Marketing
Content Marketing is the pathway that will help you gain that popularity and respect on the internet. when you give worthy content to your prospective audience, you will have respect and confidence with your readership. If you can help someone with a problem, or answer a question for them, then you will gain their respect… They will start to admireyou… This is the beginning of being successful online.
You can start to use these ideas today, to generate MLM leads.

If you have been involved with MLM for any length of time you will be aware that more often than not it’s tough to get the help required to develop your MLM. Some of you maybe one of those unlucky guys that don’t ever hear anything from your upline after you have joined their downline.
That really annoys me when I hear of folks signing up to an mlm and then the upline magically disappears never to be heard from again therefore no help is available, it gives the industry a bad name and leads to the new recruit failing in their business and possibly quitting the industry.
Anyway I wanted to talk today about mlm help, as I believe that in traditional mlm it’s quite severely lacking, often the traditional training and help offered by uplines is pretty standard, such as prospecting friends, family, strangers, cold calling, making a hot list etc… You know the score with that I’m sure! Your success using these traditional methods is likely to be limited as you will quickly run out of leads.
Often I get people asking me if they should be making use of the internet to develop their mlm , I will always answer with a definite yes. But remember that MLM is a people’s business. There seems to be a misconception among many that you just get yourself a webpage and then don’t have to have personal contact with anyone and the cash will pour in, unfortunately it’s not that easy! If you are someone that does not like talking to people then mlm is not for you. Period. You and those that you sponsor must be willing and able to foster relationships with other folks and offer solutions and help. So how can we do this online?

This might be a good year for you if you can take in what I am about to tell you. This is so essential that if you are failing in home business straight now, you could be in profit in thirty days so I am really serious about what I am going to outline here.
1. You must have your personal branded websites. Every parent primary company insists that you use their own replicated websites for marketing. You should abstain from using these websites as they are designed to build up the company, not build you up. This is vital.
2. You have to learn to make your personal database of prospects, not create a database of prospects for your company. Your prospects are the most important component of your business. I would describe a responsive list as an ATM. It’s like a bank of money so to speak. You permanently hear on line that the money is in the list. This is so true when marketing on line. Build your own list and it will be returned to you tenfold in some period.
3. You must make money off your prospects no matter if they join or not your primary network marketing organization. Otherwise you will go broke as it takes quite a while to build up a fat residual income check from your company. So a proper attraction marketing system has a streamlined sales funnel so you make money off the 95% of those that say no to your business. This is useful to positive cash flow in the early parts of your business
4. You need a training platform where every of your new members of your primary company is able to plug in, get the training, and become successful. Therefore may net workers go out of business fast as they involved a few members and then because of lack of training, these new members leave. You should immediately provide your new members a training options that they can plug into so that they may get results.
5. Finally and most essential you need a way to obtain your primary company in front of your prospects. Provide the value and the training and then hit them with you primary company and they come with credit card in hand.
If you are able to follow a system, are trainable, coach able and teachable, you will find success, I swear. This is how all the top producers are building their businesses and it brings the results every time. Do not pitch your company on the front end as it only will return to you by massive rejection. Lead with value my friend and the success will surely come.
