Here is a little known secret; actually, it isn’t a secret but plainly a crude oversight by most home-based entrepreneurs.
Outsourcing is what doubled my own income during a very short time span. Why? It’s because I can take on a whole lot more work. Instead of having to spend hours tending to less important – but still necessary tasks – in my business I now pay a virtual assistant (VA) to do these things for me.
This frees me up to take on more client work which in turn increases my income. Even better, I’m paying a few employees to work for me which helps their business too.
